Chestnut Peak Condition

Peak Condition has been formulated to support horses who find it harder to maintain weight and condition and also horses in very hard levels or work. It is a premium, complete feed that follows the signature Chestnut Horse Feeds approach of using high quality, GMO-free, natural ingredients promoting digestibility, and supporting long‑term wellbeing.

Feeding Rate
Adjust feeding rate according to workload and body condition; between 100 - 200 g per 100 kg bodyweight per day.

Ingredients
Linseed lozenges, flaked peas, alfalfa pellets, molasses, chopped grass, vits and mins, chopped oat straw, sugabeet flakes, dical phosphate, rapeseed oil, mint and calcium carbonate.

Fibre sources used in our feeds can change, depending on the time of year and seasonal conditions. Therefore our feeds may also change in appearance. This is the nature of fibre crops and does not affect the overall nutritional value of the feed.

Peak Condition has been formulated to support horses in the most demanding work, as well as those who find it harder to maintain weight and condition such as veteran horses and ponies. It is a premium, complete feed that uses high quality, GMO-free ingredients promoting digestibility, and supporting long‑term wellbeing. 

With high levels of harder work, comes increased oxidative stress so we have added elevated levels of Vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect muscle tissue and supports recovery. 

Biotin is also included to support keratin production, promote hoof health and complement the fully balanced nutritional profile.

Every ingredient has been carefully selected to provide exceptional levels of protein and Digestible Energy (DE), while keeping starch and sugar remarkably low. A valuable combination in a high‑energy complete feed that also support the digestive system. 

With a combined sugar and starch level of 9.3% Peak Condition is suitable for laminitics and those suffering from metabolic conditions as well as being safe for ulcer prone horses.
