Sales Support Associate 

As Sales Support Associate - the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, primarily sales orientated, but also forming part of the office admin and operations team.

On a daily basis tasks will revolve around order processing from initial customer contact, feed advice through to order processing, payment and delivery arrangements.

We ask that applicants have a minimum 2 years previous track record in a sales/admin role. Key requirements include :

The ability to work from your own initiative.

A background in nutrition would be advantageous, but product training will be given. However relevant experience in field sales, retail sales or tele sales is essential. There is the opportunity to progress to some time out of the office on yard visits and field sales tasks – to be directed by the Sales Manager.

Customer service is vital, as alongside your colleagues you will be the first port of call for all matters.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work alongside other team members and support the management team, in particular the sales manager.

Candidates must be fully computer literate, using Microsoft Office, previous experience of using SAGE would be an advantage.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, although a flexible attitude towards the hours is required, to support the business when necessary.

The Office is based in rural Warwickshire, we ask that candidates reside within a manageable daily commute to Willey, Rugby. Ideally no more than 20 miles.

Salary dependent upon experience.
