This feed, free from oats and other grains, consists of chopped forage, lucerne, oat fibre and molasses which are thoroughly mixed. The ingredients do not separate out in the bag, ensuring your horse receives a balanced feed at every meal.
Research shows that the long chop length in Chestnut Lite produces significantly higher chew rates and extended feeding times, allowing a small amount of feed to occupy a horse for longer and therefore helping to reduce boredom – a common problem when feeding the over-weight horse.
