Competition Mix is a high energy performance feed containing oats and other fast releasing energy sources. The blend of oats and grains in Chestnut Competition Mix provides high levels of digestible energy, derived mainly from soluble carbohydrates which can be readily absorbed and utilised by the muscles.
Competition mix for Veterans: Research has shown that older equines with poor teeth find the smaller particle size in this mix more manageable* thus being more effective at meeting the nutritional needs of the older horse or pony.
Formulated as a concentrate feed for horses and ponies in medium to hard work. High in energy and balanced with vitamins and minerals.
